Schedule a 1-on-1 Discovery Call with Only Forward Fitness and take the first step towards achieving your fitness goals. During the call, we’ll review your current training regimen, discuss your goals and create a personalized plan that works for you. This video meeting or phone call is the perfect opportunity to get to know us and see how we can help you move forward towards your fitness journey.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Deadline: You must cancel your session, class, or call at least 10 hours before the scheduled start time. a. Cancellation Methods: You can cancel your appointment by contacting us through one of the following methods: b. Online Booking System: If you made your reservation through our online booking system, you can cancel through your account. c. Email: Send an email to onlyforwardfit@gmail.com with the cancellation request. Subject: Cancel [First & Last Name] [booking service] [start date & time] 2. Late Cancellation: If you cancel your appointment less than 10 hours before the scheduled start time, you will be charged for the session or class. 3. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled session, class, or call without prior notice, you will also be charged for the reservation. 4. Emergency Exceptions: We understand that emergencies can happen. If you have a genuine emergency that prevents you from attending your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution. 5. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so within the 10-hour cancellation window to avoid any cancellation fees. We will do our best to accommodate your rescheduling request based on trainer availability.
